Cabela's Parking Lot: Part 4 (by Caleb)

The next place we drove to was another fun time at a Cabela's parking lot.

While we were there we all got trims at Sports Clips.

The next day mom, Asher, Jordan, and I drove to two wildlife preserves named The Great Salt Lake Shorelands Preserve and The Farmington Bay Waterfowl Management Area. At the first one we walked to two big structures and viewed birds from them.

We had to drive a long scenic drive to get to the second.

We saw different kinds of birds and fish, which was cool. They had a nice visitor center there with telescopes for viewing birds and had stuffed birds in flying and walking positions all throughout a room.

We walked around a lake there too.

That night we watched a movie.

The next day we drove to Antelope Island State Park. When we got there we drove to ladyfinger point. Ladyfinger point smelled awful from the brine shrimp and brine shrimp flies. We quickly walked back to the car after seeing the view.

After the point we all drove to the visitor center. We continued along the scenic drive to an old ranch which had a self guided tour of the different parts of the house, barn, and other buildings around.

When we were done we continued on the scenic drive to the end of the road. Later we drove back to the visitor center to get our Junior Ranger badges.

After that we drove home.
