Tiger Safari Oklahoma Zoo (by Jordan)

A few weeks before we went there Mom/Julie called the manager of the zoo and, when she did, no answer. Then a little bit later, Mom called again, this time he answered the phone and said, "Sorry, I just got back from India." I'll tell you Mom was surprised by that!

She asked if we could park at the tiger safari and he said "You can park in my driveway, if you want. It's only a walk away from the safari." And she accepted the offer.

If you don't know already, we got to pick where we want to go to for to states and the tiger safari is where I wanted to go to in Oklahoma.

Anyway, when we got there the manager asked, "Do you want to see a baby zebra?" "Of course!," we said. And boy that zebra was not happy. She would probably bite your fingers off if you put your hand too close. She would kick the walls of her cage. She was about 1 and a half years old. When I saw her I thought: Tomorrow we get to go on the Mega VIP tour and bottle feed her!

She gets two bottles a day

The mega VIP tour: If you click this link you can learn more stuff about the park.

The mega VIP tour lets you feed two monkeys, two tigers, kangaroos, and a zebra, and it even has a free breakfast! PS: I only ate doughnuts for breakfast.

They have a nice sign!

A tiger waiting patiently for her food.

Who knew monkeys sucked their thumbs!

A white tiger cub

Pose for the camera!

A bear sitting and waiting patiently for his sugary breakfast.

Three Ring- Tailed Lemurs. The girl is at the top.

Sloth, taking a nap

The safari is in the town of Tuttle, OK.

In the morning we were getting an intro on the VIP tour and what we were going to be doing. In the corner of the office there was a sloth in a cage. It was moving faster than usual. There was also a lot of birds in the office. We later found out that there was a number of animals in the back room of the office because it was cold outside.

Mom did not go on the mega VIP tour because, as you can see in the link, it is $205 just for Dad, my brothers, and I to go.

The tour was great!

As I mentioned earlier, you can feed two monkeys. Well, one of the monkeys was old and dipped the hard food in his water bowl so he could chew it.

After the tour we went back into the office and two people came out and let us pet some animals from the back of the office.

And I forgot to mention that, on the tour I got to hold a lionhead rabbit. Turns out they had two lionhead rabbits, a boy and a girl rabbit. They had babies and those babies had babies and so on. They decided to let the lionhead rabbits roam around the park. And, sadly, some stumble into tiger cages and we all know that doesn't end well.

There was a few other people on the tour.

So there's the outline of Tiger Safari OK Zoo.
